The approach to my practice is integrative, which allows me to draw from various therapeutic modalities to tailor therapy to your individual and unique needs. Some modalities I utilise include Mindfulness, Person Centered, Existential, Psychodynamic 鈥�

I'm a warm, compassionate, empathic counsellor who can help if you're feeling anxious, depressed, stressed or stuck. You might feel apprehensive about contacting a counsellor fir the first time. I understand this and you will be gently and warmly wel鈥�
