People seek therapy for a wide range of reasons. Some may be navigating challenges in their personal lives, such as difficulties in relationships or issues at work. Others may find themselves grappling with unexpected life events, such as bereavement鈥�

I provide counselling and psychotherapy for adults and young people aged 11+ with emotional, psychological and behavioural problems. I work with clients with stress and anxiety disorders, depression, social phobias, low self-esteem, family/relations鈥�

Therapy offers a unique opportunity to talk things through in a space that is all about you. Whatever brings you to counselling, I will help you to explore your thoughts and feelings, and locate your own solutions to the problems you are facing. I of鈥�

My main training is in person centred counselling, which is a client focused, exploratory form of counselling based on the teachings of the psychologist Carl Rogers.  I have had training in other areas such as trauma informed practise and  CBT so I c鈥�

My private practice is in a dedicated space within my own home on the outskirts of Beenham, West Berkshire, just 5 miles from J5 on the M4.  I provide a confidential space to make sense of difficult thoughts and feelings that can, at times, feel over鈥�
