There are moments in our lives that can impact us whether this is something that has recently happened or it may be something that has happened in the past. There may be feelings, thoughts and behaviours that are so intense, difficult to understand a鈥�

I work from a person-centred approach, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to sup鈥�

I have over 30 years of experience in counselling and supervision in a wide variety of contexts, including 25 years as a student counsellor.  My work is underpinned by my training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at The Scottish Institute of Human Rela鈥�
