I offer a telephone consultation to explore your concerns. If we feel comfortable working together, we can discuss a way forward. In addition to face-to-face, I offer online sessions both short and long-term on a weekly basis or more frequently, for 鈥�

 In the first session i obtain information from you that helps me analyse where client(s) focus for the therapeutic work will be. Please don't worry if your thoughts are not coherent or ordered. Together we can piece together what is happening in you鈥�
