I am a fully qualified Humanistic Gestalt therapist, with training in CBT and Person Centred therapy also.  I offer a non-judgemental, safe space for you to explore your feelings and the challenges that you are facing in your life.  We will work toge鈥�

After a decade of researching consciousness as a neuroscientist, and a successful academic career, my own personal journey led me into the therapy room first as a client and eventually as a therapist. I have experienced myself and also witnessed in m鈥�

While attending counselling with myself, you鈥檒l be gently  encouraged to share your reasons for coming to counselling 鈥� I will not lead the session, rather I am there to support you and your counselling journey. I believe that you are the expert on y鈥�

My approach is humanistic and deeply rooted in person鈥慶entred therapy, meaning I prioritise empathy, respect, and your pace. There鈥檚 no expectation to have the 鈥渞ight鈥� words, you set the focus and pace of each conversation. Some sessions may be refle鈥�

I work in Psychotherapy using TA (Transactional Analysis) I use the basic underdtanding of TA and approach all avenues of therapy (listed below) with "I'm OK, You're OK" which will enhance therapy. I also work with all clients co-creatively.  Face to鈥�
