I am an experienced psychodynamic counsellor/psychotherapist working with adults of all ages. What I can offer you is a safe therapeutic space in which to explore and make sense of your experiences, thoughts and feelings. I will support you, at your 鈥�

I am a qualified Counsellor. I am also a qualified Hypnotherapist. These approaches can be used separately or together, and we will discuss the best approach for you. Everyone is unique and each session is tailored to the individual.  I work face-to-鈥�
