Life can often feel overwhelming, especially when we don鈥檛 feel able to express our emotions openly. To cope, we may even feel like we should be wearing a mask, or hiding our true feelings. This can lead not only to a sense of loneliness from others鈥�

It may be that you have something particular that you want to talk about or just generally want to 'feel better'. Either way we can work together to help you. I'm quite centrally placed in Earley, not far from Reading, Woodley, Twyford or Wokingham.鈥�
