I work only privately as a counsellor/psychotherapist and supervisor mainly at Southside Therapy Centre in Edinburgh. But I do see disabled people elsewhere by arrangement. The core of my own practice is part Buddhist, part influenced by Rudolf Stei鈥�

Counselling aims to facilitate self-awareness, understanding, healing without fear of bias, judgement, or attempt to tell you what to do. Essentially, the counsellor鈥檚 task is to bring knowledge from theory, a trained ear making them a skilled listen鈥�

I am a Person Centred- Integrative therapist. My approach to working places the client at the heart of their own therapeutic journey. This is underpinned by my own belief that each of us have within us the resources needed to live more fulfilled and 鈥�

I offer weekly therapy on an open-ended basis, either online or in-person at Caya Therapy in Peckham. There is no specific structure to the therapy as I focus on the uniqueness of each individual.  I see my role as helping someone to understand thems鈥�
