I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and an EMDR Practitioner, specialising in trauma including PTSD. I work with individuals, couples and young people. I have worked in private practice, colleges and the NHS. I provide therapy and supervision. 

I offer a free 15 minute consultation, and understand that finding the right therapist is a key part of the process. Getting stuck in life can feel overwhelming, and beginning therapy can seem like a daunting process. Together we can work at a pace w鈥�
