Hi, I鈥檓 Iga (she/her), I鈥檓 an Integrative Counsellor offering anxiety, burnout and trauma counselling in Bexhill, and online across the UK. I support adults (18+) who look capable on the outside but feel exhausted, anxious, overwhelmed or disconnecte鈥�

I am an experienced Person-Centred Counsellor, having been qualified for over 14 years and a supervisor for 6 years. I am the Counselling Coordinator in a Charity supporting women and girls. I am counselling women and young people around the diversit鈥�

I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining evidence based techniques with a compassionate and non-judgmental attitude.  Doing this empathically and with understanding, my aim is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build 鈥�
