Hey, I鈥檓 Luke. I work with clients in London, Liverpool, and online. My passion is helping young adults to adults (20 to 40) with relationship problems, depression and all kinds of anxiety, from social anxiety to that deep existential kind. And bumpi鈥�

Although I work predominantly from a person-centred perspective, my approach is integrative, allowing flexibility to meet each client鈥檚 unique needs. As a forces veteran 鈥� and also a forces child (鈥減ads brat,鈥� if you know, you know) 鈥� I have lived ex鈥�

I work mainly with young adults (16鈥�30) who are struggling with low mood, low self-esteem, and anxiety, including social anxiety and general worry. I also have experience supporting neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD and autism.

I have 25 years experience in private practice, 5 years in a GP surgery. I now specialise in trauma, however, I also often work with anxiety, depression and all relational issues, including attachment disorders and complex childhood trauma. I achieve鈥�

I am a qualified integrative humanistic counsellor trained in  Gestalt, Transactional Analysis and person-centred.  I am also an accredited iRest practitioner (integrative restoration), which is a form of self-inquiry which reduces PTSD, depression, 鈥�

I offer an inviting space where children and young people can explore their thoughts and feelings through play, art or storytelling. Sessions are child led and unfold at the child鈥檚 own pace. For older children and teens, this might involve more talk鈥�
