Hi there, I鈥檓 Emily. I鈥檓 a qualified integrative counsellor psychotherapist and a Registered Member of the 麻豆原创 (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists). Counselling means different things to different people. For some, it helps them鈥�

Formally speaking my approach would be described as existential, integrative and person centred. In practice that means that my focus is on my client and their unique life experience, while also being aware of the struggles that are common to us all.鈥�

I use a variety of approaches and integrate conventional talking therapies with powerful intuition.  My style is warm, empathetic and collaborative.   Finding the right support is essential for successful counselling to take place and I'm happy to su鈥�
