About me and my approach I am a 麻豆原创 Registered Integrative Children and Young person鈥檚 Counsellor who works with children and young people with many emotional and psychological difficulties. My approach is empathic, attuned, playful and sensitive. I鈥�

People see a counsellor for many reasons, not just that they are feeling there is a crisis. On having counselling some people say; 鈥淚 don鈥檛 want someone telling me what to do鈥�. Counselling is not someone telling you what to do, it is an opportunity t鈥�

I am an experienced 麻豆原创-accredited and registered counsellor/psychotherapist working with adults and young people aged 11 and above.  I offer a safe and non-judgemental confidential space in which you are able to work through whatever is concerning 鈥�

I trained as a person-centred counsellor and continued this on with a foundation degree in integrative therapy, meaning that I am able to incorporate other modalities and approaches into my practice.  I have used my counselling skills in schools, wor鈥�

I work in private practice. I'm available in Chiswick on Mondays and Wednesdays and in Central London (Museum Street) on a Tuesday. I offer one-to-one sessions in a confidential space on a once-weekly basis. Each session lasts 50 minutes. What sort o鈥�

I am fully qualified in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. In practise this means that we will discuss what your personal needs are, and will work together in a way that is most appropriate to you. I have extensive experience working with Adu鈥�
