I want to hear your story and how I can offer my support to you. I usually start with an initial assessment because I need to make sure if you are safe? What area we need to focus on? We will arrange our suitable time to start and see how it goes.

I work with people all over the UK via Zoom, face to face in my therapy room in Tring town centre, and Walk and Talk sessions in Aston Clinton. Sometimes you might feel that life is difficult, distressing or challenging, maybe not working out as you 鈥�
