Making sense of what is going on I became a counsellor because I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported through life鈥檚 challenges. My own journey has shown me the importance of having a safe,     non-judgmental space to e鈥�

I help people rediscover their true self when they have become lost. Losing your sense of self can appear in many forms and for many reasons. e.g. having children, changes at work, bereavement & loss, relationship changes, abuse, traumatic experience鈥�

Life can tilt on its axis in a heartbeat: a medical diagnosis, career upheaval, the end of a relationship, or another sudden change can render old certainties obsolete, and sometimes you can lose your sense of self without any dramatic event at all. 鈥�
