I work pluralistically using a variety of different therapies and techniques to support clients with their unique needs and goals. I work with a variety of issues including, self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress and bereavement. I am passi鈥�

One-to-one (Adults) I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to be able to talk about what is troubling you. Together we will start make sense of what you feel and explore where these feelings, thoughts and behaviours have come from an鈥�

Whatever it is you are struggling with right now, I know how hard it can be to find someone to talk to. You may still be carrying emotional hurt and pain from past life experiences or finding it hard to cope with more recent life changes or events. O鈥�

My counselling approach is humanistic in nature. Broadly speaking this means I treat the person and not their problem or disorder. I鈥檓 not too keen on diagnosing or pathologising what鈥檚 wrong with you. Rather I tend to see my client鈥檚 difficulties as鈥�

I draw from a variety of approaches and creative techniques to work as an integrative counsellor and this helps me to best meet the specific needs of the person I am working with. However, I believe that the therapeutic journey is a collaborative one鈥�
