Hello, I'm Juanita and I run my private practice, 'Red Oak Counselling', in Glasgow/Edinburgh. My aim as a counsellor is to provide a safe and comfortable, non-judgemental space for you to talk about the things in life that cause you the most difficu鈥�

Life can feel tough at times and feelings can begin to overwhelm us.   Perhaps you find yourself here because you are feeling anxious, angry, or sad, and can't quite put your finger on why.   Perhaps you are finding relationships hard or are in a par鈥�

I work with adults and offer a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space where you will have the freedom to explore your feelings and gain insight into your thoughts, emotions and behaviours. We will work together to identify and look at what is troub鈥�

鈥淎re you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, lost or unheard and struggling with functioning on a day to day basis.鈥� Finding a space to talk about these challenges can be the first step towards feeling more like yourself again. I offer a confidential and 鈥�

I offer a safe and confidential environment to explore your issues on a short and long term basis. After an initial conversation on the phone if requiring Face to face sessions  I would offer a brief free of charge meeting to meet me and see the ther鈥�

I originally trained as a nurse and I believe I am a warm, approachable, sensitive, non-judgemental, empathic, human being, that cares deeply about people. I hope this means more than the jargon I could write! :) I work in a quiet private room at the鈥�
