I offer an online confidential, caring counselling service for individuals to help you work through emotional issues such as bereavement, relationship issues, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, stress and past experiences that are impacting you in鈥�

Who I work with People who are distressed and experiencing many things such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASC, neuro-diverse challenges, people who are neuro-diverse or suspect they are neuro-diverse, and low self-esteem.  I also work with trauma, pa鈥�

I qualified as a counsellor from Leeds Beckett University in June 2023 in an integrative and relational approach. I am trained fundamentally as a humanistic (personal centred therapist), but I work collaboratively with the client, trying to meet thei鈥�

As I am an integrative counsellor I am not limited to one way of working. I believe we are all unique & I will tailor my approach to best meet your needs. I have experience in working with a vast range of issues, both short term, goal focussed or lon鈥�

I have been practising as a counsellor,  therapist, supervisor and counselling trainer since 1998 and would describe myself as an Integrative practitioner and trauma specialist, and work with a wide variety of issues.   I am a fully qualified and ac鈥�

I have a curiosity for learning about human expression and behaviours. I have a natural desire to want to understand and make sense together. The relationship we have with ourselves and others gives meaning to the joy and struggles of living alongsid鈥�
