I have many years鈥� experience in mental health having worked in the private, public and the voluntary sector. Having worked with Relate (young people's service), The Priory and the NHS. I understand that it is not always easy sharing thoughts and emo鈥�

My way of working involves a blend of various approaches to counselling meaning that I am able to meet the needs of each individual client that I work with. I strongly believe that every person鈥檚 experience of therapy should, like you, be unique. I 鈥�

Taking the first step in seeking support can be hard. Yet, whilst it鈥檚 not always an easy journey it is one many find helpful. Whatever circumstances have brought you here, I will seek to provide a safe space; to listen, support and work collaborativ鈥�

I specialise in person-centred counselling which means I work with my clients in a client-led, non-directive way. This allows me to help you dig deeper into your feelings to find clarity and/or give you closure that you need, thus enabling me not to 鈥�
