Exploring effective therapeutic practice with individuals experiencing homelessness

This study aims to understand therapists’ perspectives on what they have found supports or hinders effective therapeutic practice working with individuals experiencing homelessness in a safe, accessible, informed and effective manner.

The research seeks to inform future practice with this population group through an integrative counselling and psychotherapy lens.

You will be invited to take part in a semi-structured, online interview lasting approximately 45–60 minutes.
The interview will be scheduled on a day and time chosen by you, and you will be sent a link for the online platform.

During the interview, you will be asked to discuss your experiences of working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
With your consent, interviews will be audio-recorded to ensure accuracy and later transcribed for analysis.
All data generated will be securely stored on a password protected university one drive computer account, in compliance with institutional and management policies.
Interview data will be anonymised to ensure participant confidentiality.
