Participate in a Study on Counsellors’ Mental Health & Self-Care
Are you a practicing counsellor?
We are looking for qualified counsellors (Level 5 or above) registered with a recognised professional counselling body (e.g., Âé¶¹Ô´´, NCS, UKCP) to take part in a research study exploring mental health changes across a working week and selfcare strategies. If your working week is 4 or more hours you would be eligible.
What the Study Involves
• Completing a short questionnaire twice in one working week (start and end)
• Reflecting on your mental health, stress levels, and self-care practices
• Taking approximately 20–30 minutes in total
• Participation is entirely voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time
Why Participate?
• Help raise awareness about counsellors’ wellbeing
• Contribute to research that may inform better self-care practices in the
counselling profession
• Your responses are anonymous and confidential
Eligibility
• Qualified practicing counsellors at Level 5 or above
• Registered with a recognised counselling body
• Working with clients for 4 hours or more per week (includes supervision work as well)
