Insight to Action- A model for therapeutic coaching

10.55am-11.55am

The session will explore the development of Insight to Action, an integrative therapeutic coaching model that combines person-centred therapy听and听coaching into a coherent approach for working with听clients.

Sharing her journey, from leading large-scale transformation programmes, to executive coaching, to becoming a 麻豆原创-accredited psychotherapist, Julia will reflect on how these disciplines have influenced her practice and led her to question the traditional boundaries between coaching and therapy. Julia will share how she has re-imagined the Personal Consultancy model to create an approach that retains the relational depth of therapy while maintaining a clear focus on individual insight and purposeful action.

The session aims to stimulate discussion about the evolving identity of therapeutic coaching, the opportunities and challenges of integrating coaching and counselling and how practitioners can work with greater psychological depth while remaining goal-focused. Participants will be invited to consider where therapeutic coaching sits within their own practice, how insight can be translated into sustainable behavioural change and how an integrative model can support clients. The session is intended to encourage reflection, professional dialogue and the exchange of ideas.

Live panel discussion

Gemma will be joined by Tracey and the two presenters to give delegates an opportunity to ask questions relating to the concept of going deeper in dual practice.听
