How to help clients' with their anger: working with polarities
This session will reflect on working with polarities, the Anger O Meter, what anger management is and isn't and discovering our own relationship with anger.
How to help clients' with their anger: working with processes
This final session will explore anger management trigger process, using the Novaco questionnaire and anger management physical responses.
