Matthew Johnston discusses the important issue of how white counsellors can develop their practice to work cross culturally with Black clients. He shares invaluable insights from his experiences as a Black man and psychotherapist. Throughout the presentation he draws on the experiences of Black clients he's met, who've previously worked with White counsellors, and his professional observations from his entire career.
